In addition, it also provides an opportunity for contributors to share the findings in the form of Theses, Theses and Dissertations that have not been published in other journals, thus giving room for innovative ideas and research that are beneficial to the progress of the science of special need education.

The journal comes out in four editions every three months in a year, in March, June, September, December. With a regular frequency of 10 articles, the journal provides contributors and readers with an opportunity to keep up-to-date information in the field of Education for Children with Special Needs, as well as to maintain connectivity between stakeholders in this science. Thus, it is hoped that the journal can be a valuable source of knowledge and enrich the understanding of education for children with special needs for all actors involved in the academic world and research.
